When first approached by Landmark Builders, material lead times had become so extended the developer wasn’t sure they would pursue this project. Because of Highland’s ability to secure roof materials months ahead of other contractors, the developer decided to proceed with the 145,000 SF project.

Highland’s relationship with Carlisle Syntec provided the necessary coastal wind uplift requirement to ensure the integrity and longevity of the roofing system. Landmark Builders’ project team was organized and made it easy for Highland and other subcontractors to efficiently work on the project.
