Ocean Ridge Amenity Center

Highland Roofing Company completed the roofing installation for the Ocean Ridge Amenity Center, located in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. The project was completed by Highland’s Wilmington office in partnership with Thomas Construction Group.

This project included the installation of a new standing seam metal roof (SSMR) backed by a 20-year CMP warranty. The design incorporated a TPO cricket system to effectively divert water and prevent ponding, supporting long-term roof performance.
