Highland Roofing Company partnered with Builtech Services LLC to complete the roofing scope for AHC Charles, a luxury three-story townhome rental community in Charlotte, NC. The 24,000-square-foot project featured a combination of TPO and shingle roofing systems, backed by a 20-year Carlisle warranty.

With limited site access and a unique building layout, Highland utilized strategic planning, just-in-time deliveries, and close coordination with the project team to keep construction moving efficiently.
