Highland Roofing Company is proud to recognize Chase Williamson, Wilmington Project Manager, on his 15-year anniversary with the company. This milestone reflects a career defined by consistency, leadership, and a long-standing contribution to Highland’s projects and continued growth across the Carolinas.

Over the past 15 years, Chase has managed roofing projects throughout North and South Carolina, playing a key role in delivering successful outcomes across a wide range of commercial work. His experience, attention to detail, and steady leadership in the field has supported Highland’s commitment to quality execution and strong client relationships across multiple markets.
As part of his anniversary recognition, Chase was presented with a custom shadow box by the Highland Roofing Company leadership team. The display includes a preserved piece of metal salvaged from St. James Episcopal Church in downtown Wilmington, a historic structure where Chase served as a project manager earlier in his career with Highland. Surrounding the metal are historical news clippings highlighting the church and its cultural significance to the area.

During that project, a section of metal originally installed decades – potentially more than a century – earlier by Hanover Ironworks was carefully salvaged during reroofing efforts. Hanover Ironworks was later absorbed into Highland Roofing Company, creating a direct connection between the company’s historical roots and its present-day operations.

Now preserved within the shadow box, the piece represents more than material history. It serves as a tangible link between past and present, connecting the legacy of Hanover Ironworks, the craftsmanship embedded in Wilmington’s architectural history, and Chase’s 15 years of leadership and project delivery across the Carolinas.
