Highland Roofing is proud to recognize Frankie Gomez (left) and Victor Zuniga (right) for earning the distinguished title of Master Service Technician, one of the highest honors within our field operations team.

Since its launch in 2023, the Highland Roofing Master Technician Program has set the standard for technical excellence, leadership, and mentorship. This designation recognizes technicians who demonstrate advanced expertise across safety, field operations, roofing applications, and problem-solving, all while maintaining a professional approach with clients and coworkers. Master Technicians also play a critical role in driving results, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and profit goals.

The program was initially established by Alex Mendez and Luis Martinez from the Wilmington Service Team, along with Jeff Grebos and John Person from the Raleigh Service Team, whose leadership helped lay the foundation for what the program is today. In April 2024, Luis Paguada and Selvin Sorto, also from the Wilmington Service Team, joined their ranks further strengthening the program and its impact across the company.

Beyond technical mastery, Master Technicians help shape the future of Highland Roofing. They hold certified applicator credentials with multiple manufacturers, assist with onboarding and training new technicians, and serve as mentors to ensure consistent craftsmanship and best practices across the company. Their leadership strengthens the team and ensures that Highland Roofing continues to deliver exceptional service for years to come.
