Center Stage

Highland Roofing Company completed a full roof replacement at Centerstage in High Point, NC, addressing moisture intrusion, deteriorated flashing, and inadequate drainage. The team installed a new mechanically attached 60-mil TPO system with tapered insulation, custom drainage solutions, and secondary drainage to improve long-term performance. The project also included extensive custom metalwork, with components fabricated by Highland’s Wilmington metal shop and additional flashing fabricated and installed on site by Highland’s field team. The project was completed on schedule while the facility remained 100% operational, with no issues reported during construction.
