Highland Roofing Company recently celebrated the completion of its newly renovated Garner office, an exciting milestone that reflects the company’s growth throughout the Triangle and its commitment to serving clients across the Carolinas.

Completed in partnership with Monteith Construction Corp., the renovation transformed the office into a bright, modern workspace designed to better support collaboration, training, and day-to-day operations. The updated space features an open-concept layout with expanded natural light, glass garage doors that create a seamless connection between workspaces, a dedicated training room for employee development, and a full-sized warehouse to support the growing service and construction teams.

After more than five years in the Triangle, Highland has continued to grow its presence in the region, and the renovated office is built with that future in mind. The new space gives the team room to collaborate, welcome customers and partners, and continue expanding throughout central North Carolina.

To celebrate the milestone, Highland hosted a ribbon cutting during its quarterly company luncheon. Employees from across the state gathered to tour the renovated office, reconnect with teammates, and recognize everyone who played a role in bringing the project to life. Company leadership joined the celebration, marking not just the completion of a renovation, but another step forward for Highland as it continues to grow.
