Project Whale

 Highland Roofing Company is proud to have completed the roofing installation for the new Amazon Fulfillment Center at Pender Commerce Park in Wilmington, North Carolina.

This large-scale new construction project included approximately 700,000 square feet of TPO roofing across more than 20 roof sections. In addition, our in-house ES-1 Certified metal fabrication shop produced approximately 32,000 linear feet of edge metal for the facility.

Successfully delivering a project of this magnitude required close coordination with The Conlan Company and other on-site trade partners. Through careful planning and collaboration, our teams maintained a strong commitment to safety while achieving efficient project execution and quality workmanship from start to finish.
